Returns & Refunds Policy

How do I make a return?

• Email us at shopcozzzy@gmail.com within fourteen days of delivery notice, with your order number and we will provide you with the following steps.

What will the refund method for my return be?

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive your item/s back in perfect condition. We do not refund shipping charges.

Right of Return:

• You may return any products you don’t wish to keep only if products are in the same condition as when you received them.
• We cannot accept returns of products that have been used, are not labeled, or has undergone some damage.
• All items that are returned should include the completed returns forms with the order reference number and contact details.
• All sale items are final sales and does not apply for returns or refunds.

Costs of Return:

• Cozzzy is not responsible for any international shipping or taxes costs that may incur regarding any return or exchange of a product.

Damaged Good?

• If you receive any wrong product or any manufacturing mistake in any of the products you received please contact us immediately at shopcozzzy@gmail.com with pictures and an explanation of the damaged goods.
